12 Valve 2nd Gen Dodge Cummins 94-98 Discussion of 12 Valve 5.9 Liter Dodge Cummins Diesels with P7100 Injection Pumps

i got a question,how do i make my truc khave more of a holeshot?it is stout as hell when the smoke clears!it's like it needs more air,i know i can do the turbo thing,but money's tight.what about an intake manifold,any suggestions? thanks.... JOIN NOW TO REMOVE TRACER

the easy way to get more air is to slide the plate back

Yah but giving the truck less fuel gives it a chance to get some more air into the system and allows it to breathe a little more

WHAT WOULD BE THE EASIEST AND LESS EXPENSIVE WAY TO GET MORE AIR WITH THE FUEL I'M GETTING NOW WITH THE PLATE LIKE I HAVE IT?AND DO YOU THINK THAT IS WHY I'M A LITTLE SLUGGISH OF THE START?

get an hx35/40 hybrid turbo with a 16cm housing there good for 550hp and there all the air you will need with mild mods, and there way less expensive than a performance turbo

YEAH PRETTY GOOD SMOKE.I WORK AT A MACHINE SHOP.IF I CAN GET A HX40 COMPRESSOR WHEEL,TO MAKE A HYBRID DO I JUST HAVE TO PUT THE WHEEL IN MY HOUSING?

no the wheel will not fit n your stock housing you need a compressor housing and back plate as well

kind funny you mentioned that i hauled a bobcat with atachments, and three fourwheelers up a pass in 5th doing 60 not even breaking 1200 on the pyro
