Default Electrical Problem

Hey guys, today i replaced my starter and one of my battery cable clamps that attaches to the terminal on the battery, after i did this, i noticed that my light on my turbo boost gauge isnt working, along with that, my ABS and BRAKE lights are on, but i didnt have the emergency brake on, also along with that my truck isnt responding to my heater controls, it randomly turned on the defrosters even know i have my knob turned to off, Iam guessing it is just a simple wiring problem with that wires on the clamp. Let me know what you all think!!

Did you unhook both positive battery terminals before takin the starter off? My guess and easiest thing to check would be possibly a fuse. Check the box under the hood and also in ur dash on the driverside. Hopefully its something simple like that.
