I'm goning to change my dually to a single wheel.What I need to know is the rear axle housing is the same length between the single and dual If they are I can just change to a single hub and axle so I can use ... JOIN NOW TO REMOVE TRACER

I'm goning to change my dually to a single wheel.What I need to know is the rear axle housing is the same length between the single and dual If they are I can just change to a single hub and axle so I can use a single 8 lug wheel and everthing will line up?

all I do is swap to singles in the spring and swap back to duals in the winter, they use 2 different styles of lugs, other then that the rear is 2" wider on each side but it does not bother me cause I have a flat bed

the rear Is only 2 inches wider not enough to notice my bother-in-law put a reg bed on his dualie and just put a single wheel rims did not have to change any thing on the Rear. on the front he took out the front wheel spacer and you cant see the difference unless you really look hard. but he is running 35x13.5-20r on a 10in wide rim too so that hides the rear brakes a lil but you can still the the 4in wide drums
