37's will fit with 5 inches of lift and fender cutouts or fiberglass fenders for baja trucks. unless you run a factory backspace wheel and you get them under it. truck in avatar has 3 inch lift and fenders factory backspace wheel and 37's but its an 03

They'll be close. You'll definitely rub at full lock, but hopefully just on the fender liners, it depends on what backspacing. You may need to trim the front bumper a little, and the back part of your wheel well. One other thing I noticed in your sig, no mention of an upgraded track bar. With 37's, your gonna wanna give Don Thuren a call and have him fab you up a new one, otherwise your gonna toast the one that came with your lift in a hurry. Might wanna look into a set of 4.10's to replace the 3.54's you have, it'll give your ride a little more pep off the line.
