Default Do they make an adapter???

Okay, right up front, I'm a newbie to Diesel Bombers and have never posted before. So forgive me if this is posted in the wrong place. So here is my situation. I have a 1998 12 valve that I rebuilt. The machine shop said that the head was cracked beyond repair. So I got another head. Turns out it is off a 1992 12 valve. So I have a non-innercooled motor and an innercooled head. All was going well until I tried to put the exhaust manifold on it. The turbo flange is too far back and pointed straight down on the 1992 exhaust manifold. But the 1989 exhaust manifold won't bolt up. The bolt holes are off by 1/8" or so. So here is my question...Does anyone make an adapter for that exhaust manifold that would allow me to use the 1989 manifold on the 1992 head or that would allow me to use the 1989 turbo on the 1992 manifold? I really appreciate any help. This is driving me crazy!!!

Do you have three things going here, or do you mean 1998 when you're saying 1989? Regardless, I'm not sure about adaptors, but in your situation I'd use a three piece manifold so you don't have to worry about an OEM manifold cracking the head again.

My apologies, it IS an 89. I mistyped it in my original post. Thank you much for the info, I looked up a 3 piece and it looks like it would work perfect for my 92 head while allowing the 89 turbo to bolt up to it. I appreciate you!
