Default 97 3500 no charge no tach trans won't shift

I have read hundreds of post, tested everything I can,
after about 50 hours of wiring, sensors, cleaning grounds, cleaning battery terminals, banging my head on the radiator, found the 5V signal from pcm was only about 1.5V bought reman. computer put in truck, now getting 5V. heard a click under driver side battery first time I turned key on. removed tray turned key back on and cruise control servo was clicking. dis connected connector, started truck everything worked.
started it this morning 1st start all good, second start nothing works!. new ess, checked gap.

one thing I did notice when I have my DMM hooked to the ground wire for the sensors with key off I have 0.1 ohms, key on it goes to 6.5 ohms with both computers.

My guess would have been PCM. Why did you disconnect the cruise servo? Because it was clicking? Hm.

I have heard that if you have a tilt steering column and use it alot getting in and out of the truck that wires sometimes chafe in that bundle. the cruise control wire turn signals etc.. sounds like you have checked most of the stuff under the hood. Also check your batteries for good voltage.

had the column apart checked wires, new batteries, spotless terminals, constantly checking battery voltage.
