Default High Elevation towing

Hi all first post here.
So I am looking at building my truck to tow comfortably at 11,000 feet and make around 350ish hp with very controllable egts. From research some 5x.012 injectors with current mods in sig. So the question is what turbo. A s300 57mm I feel is to small and wont keep egts cool, 62/65/14s choke at high altitude, so 63/71/12 or something along those lines. I would like opinions on the setup I have in mind or if someone has a good setup that will work at high elevation.

The biggest you would want is a 63/68, there are also lots of new turbos that are out. The 62/68 fmw or the new sxe 62/68 fmw. 62/65 would be fine aswell im sure. Don't see it choking out. Your going to want a 3 gsk in it to get more usable rpm out of it and better throttle response. Also a modded he351 would be a good turbo I think. Many independent companies aswell as fleece make them.
