Default Cylinder

Hey guys I have a 95 all stock. A kid at a diesel shop I know was putting in nozzles and after he did the 3rd cylinder wouldn't fire. I thought maybe a bad nozzle cuz I didn't have them pop tested. So I put the stock ones back in and it's still doing it. It ran fine before. When I crack the line on number three, fuel shoots out and the others don't.

Yes it takes a while to start but when it does its really rough and when I crack the line on that injector the motor pitch does not change and it squirts fuel out and the others just do a little bit of fuel. Like it has a flow restriction or plugged

I would recommend sending the injectors to get pop tested and gone through
