Default 96 3500..really bad steering

Hey guys I am looking at buying a 1996 dodge cummins(12v) 3500 4x4 dually with 252k miles on the clock. It has a bd turbo,k&n intake, bds 4'' lift(I think it is a 4'' maybe bigger),michelin xml's(38's),rockstars,built tranny, airdog 165 II,gauges(egt, boost, and oil temp),and gooseneck hitch. What do ya'll think it is worth? The only problem is the steering...you can hold onto the the steering wheel and move it side to side 3/4" or more plus it takes a 1/4 to 1/2 of a turn for it to start turning the tires. What could the fix to this be? I am trying to figure out what it would cost to fix the steering...Thanks for the help!

Probably needs an alignment. Not many shops around here know how to do one on a lifted Dodge.
