Default '95 2500 common mods??

Hi guys as you might know i'm fairly new to this. I just got a 95 2500 4x4 slt full power options, it was an out of state truck as it has the cord for the block heater. it's got around 213.xxx mi. Now since I drove it from California to Oklahoma. About 20 mpg. truck is stock. No mods at all. Can you guys enlighten me with some info about upgrades I should do to it. Losing the cat converter is out of the question as I still live in California but my job requires travel all over the mid and south west. I know the common repairs that I should do in the near future (kdp, being one of them). I replaced shocks bilstein up front and pro comp on the back, new tires and brakes all the way around, I have a vibration once it hits 65 mph and gets worse as it goes faster so I'm guessing bad front drive shaft (u-joints?). It has blocks on the rear but I read they came from factory, not sure. It seems that previous owner replace all u-jonts and front transfer case drive shaft as it still has the tag with part no. Also looks like the track bar was replace too. Non the less it still wonders all over the road even after having two shops do the alignment on it, Not sure what to do.
REPAIRS SO FAR : front and rear shocks
new tires all the way around
magnaflow 5" exhaust from cat-back
new front hubs and breakes
HD steering system from 98 (t-style)
steering bracket stabilizer
I also heard of the index ring to tilt the transfer case but since the truck is "stock hight" since I read that those blocks on the back might be factory i'm not sure if the index ring would do anything to fix the vibration.

any ideas ????

thanks

You can take your afc housing off and move your fuel plate forward p pumps do not have fuel screws like the ve on a first gen cummins. . And you can remove your silencer ring from the turbo. Will not help boost but will whistle louder you can find videos about these things on youtube.. and for anyone looking to join a diesel club please hit us up on fb under torque monsters.
