Failed Emissions
Ok so I failed emissions my readings are: pollutant level, reading: 88.3 Capacity standard is 40.0
so how do I fix this???
Mods are: 4000 GSK, 215 injectors, new stock lift pump, adjustable over flow valve, timing done by me at 16.5...? I think, did it myself.
Did test 3 times and said they had to put the tool by the fan cause it got to hot. Got 6 days left to get it right. HELP!!!

Was it fully warmed up? I have way, way more done than that and mine passes with flying colors. I was a little surprised it did so well last time, and the emissions guy said as long as you don't test a diesel cold it will pass every time, cold it will fail every time. Maybe my state has looser standards, but I was under the impression that was a federal thing. Regardless, another thing you can do is cut the wire for your convertor lockup so it will be impossible to really load it on the rollers.
