I suppose if you can get your hands on a more stock size wheel/tire set, it would be pretty easy to find out.

As in to put stock size tires on to see what it does as a test, or run smaller tires period

Don't have to change your tires if you don't want too. The temps you posted are normal for a lifted truck with bigger tires

Just to test. Like, if what you're running is an aftermarket wheel tire package but you still have the originals laying around, or a friend does.


That said, it seems like 94 12v has probably solved your mystery.

oh ya i have 4 12vs, only one lifted is the 96, i have two 94 2wd 12vs 5speeds, and a 89 auto 2wd
