How much smoke do you see @ WOT boosted ?

what gears do you have ? not in sig CP

Star wheel wide open is not always best, have you tried backing it off a wee bit and see if you can find the sweet spot with it?

Before I redid my engine, I tryed turning the starwheel back and drive it lowered egts but I couldn't build boost almost at all (no *****) and there 3,54s on 37in tires, unless the engine is bogged down the truck does not smoke hard

That's odd, you shouldn't need to have the starwheel cranked anywhere near wide open to light the stock turbo. Or any turbo that I know of, it's a micro adjustment. A couple clicks one way or the other. Hm.

Ya, but it's drivable now just a tad high on egts, which hopefully a turbo and exhaust manifold should drop

What do u have for Fuel Pressure ?

have you adjusted the smoke screw ? adjust some of the smooke/EGT out of it ...

I'm gonna assume you have 3.54 rear gears ... but "7in lift on 37s" is why your egt's are high while cruising
