I would say a few hundred miles ... But it is a bit off that your havin an issue right off the bat ... I'm thinking low fuel pressure or Not enough Volume of flow ....

I think it only take a couple thousand miles at most to break injectors in. As for the Mac plug, it only affects anything a WOT. So if your foot isn't to the floor, it isn't raising the EGTs. As for tightening up the AFC, I assume by "WFO" you mean something to the extent of Wide F***ing Open. Which is way more fuel than you need, especially with a #0 plate. Ease it back some, it doesn't take much.

Increase the Fuelp pressure and get a gauge you can watch while you drive as well... if it falls off on the top end .. there's you issue

Is "Boost" consistant all the way like .. getting on the freeway, or inshort bursts does it spike and level off like it should ?

Dumb founded here I know exactly what your talking about I had to replace it and buy a new one when I got the truck, I knew it as a check valve so once I check fuel pleasure how should I bump it up if I need to

On the back of the Adjustable you can dial it is to bump up the pressure.

I'm sort of wondering that myself. I still think you need to tune the pump better.
