Default Help Fix My Stance!?

My 97 2500 4x4 that i bought used with a fabtech long arm lift has a slight lean towards the passenger side.

The cab on that side doesnt really line up with the bed but that could also be the rear blocks being uneven, however I used a level on the front bumper and its uneven and on the tailgate which was centered. Ive had some telling me on cummins forum that could be cab mounts but nothing looks out of ordinary but some said could be a bent frame!

I tried to see if I could view anything on carfax but all I can see is 22 reports and I know depending on where its serviced thats sometimes just stating an oil change or title change and renewal.

What should I try to look at to help determine what this cause is? I measured from where the LCA mounts were on each side and both came back with the same numbers so Im just confused any response helps thanks.
