I'm going to rebuild a 96 5spd what tools do I need and which kit is best. I also wanna change top housing to the 4 bolt? And I was looking at valair 550hp ceramic but open to suggestions. Its running close to 500 and smoking a Lucas gold. I would like imput on any other upgrades I need but wanna keep it low price its already past 2000 for necessary parts not including what I would like while its out
