Question shifting problems?

i have a 1996 12v 2wd, 4in exhuast and a bhaf. its mostly stock. its shifting to early, its shifting around 2500 or 2300 rpms. i have adjusted the tv cable as musch as it can go and it helped a little bit not much? any help would be apreciated!

Shifting early? For a stock set-up that's in a good range if you're WOT. At that RPM point your injection pump is at it's govoner and defueling anyways.

but the problem is that it shifts right when boost starts building? is there something else not working right?
