Default something is obviously wrong

Ok my problem is im building alot of boost with extremely slow take off spool up and extremely high egts. When im at wot I will hit 40lbs of boost and 1800-2000* on the pyro. Im so lost the truck is not fast until the highway and im in lockup then it will move. Really need help guys.

Also blows a munch of black smoke on take off but blows smoke all the time too.

Either you have one heck of a boost leak ...... or ur converter is not hooking up ...... any trans temps ?

I dont have a trans temp gauge yet. I was kinda starting to think that

is it a glow shift gauge? i dont believe your gauge.

Its a brand nee automster gauge. Also I just did a booat leak down test and found 9 holes in my intercooler and waste gate stuck shut. So I believe thats my problem. Also turbo exhaust housing cracked in 4 places.

yeah ... time for an over haul .... at least on the boost side ... hey a new/ re-man HX35W on ebay is bout 350 ... and a 3pc mainfold if you dont have one is about 369 and then a 5" exhaust 369 .... new CAC ... probably about the same ... unless you know a real good welder who wants to pull his hair out trying to patch it up ....

Well I pulled the turbo again and the bearings went in it. The turbo fins touched the housing so I have a rebuild kit and compressor wheel on the way 70 bucks total. I already have a 5" straight pipe but the piece manifold Im going to look into.
