Default Kinda skeptical...

So I have my 96 cummins. New inj pump last summer and rebuilt heavy duty tranny... I've been wanting to get some more get up and go... Like gauges and 80horse injectors.. I have done some of the afc mods (in sig) but the problem is.. My truck has 264,000 miles on it. Should I be worried? Or leave everything stock?

i would re-torque the stock head bolts or stud it depends on $$$ do some gov springs and your injectors then a small charger upgrade. everything will be fine, these trucks take well to some extra get up and go.

ARP head studs (12mm ) are about 450 -500 depending upon where you buy them ... check on Ebay their are plenty there to choose from .... just make sure there for a 12V

you can find them for less than that if you know where to look

a new set of injectors would be nice too. I am sure yours are tired.
