Sounds like something is being blocked when the del. valves are torqued down.

What do you mean, you "aren't getting any fuel throgh them"? Are you cranking the motor or simply priming with an electric pump?

after a DV install you need to rebleed the injector lines to get the air out of the system. crack a few at the injector and crank the motor till you see fuel shoot out

i have bled air , i've removed the fuel heater thinking it might be the leak, but i still can't get fuel out of the pump . and if i loosen up the delivery valve fuel begins running out. i've put new fuel shut off, still no luck. fuel is getting to pump but not enough to push through delivery valve.please help. i miss my truck.
i am priming then cranking with motor.

LOL! didn't install upside down? i even double checked myself. I'm going to put a pressure relief valve in the return side to see if that helps

pull the shutdown solenoid up when checking this, with the key off the rack should not move. turn the key on and pull it up than check the rack
