Default Transmission fluid leak question

My truck has the 47rh, what is the silver tube that comes down from the passenger side of the engine and runs over top of the torque converter cover on the bellhousing of the trans? Why would it all of a sudden start leaking from the fitting on that tube up near the motor on the passenger side of the transmission? I just had the tranny fully serviced a little under 2000km's ago at BD diesel, would they have removed or loosened this line for any reason?

It may be the trans cooler on the side of the block, might wanna tighten up the fittings.
