Default Torque converter and valve body (shift kit)

Hey guys I have been slowly building my 95 3500 automatic and so far I dynoed at 303hp and 670ft lbs with just tuned AFC, #100 fuel plate, 18* timing, boost elbow, HX35 turbo, cold air and exhaust. But now I need to look into a torque converter that is the nest bang for the buck and valve body for a maximum goal of around 500 hp. Also, what would be best, new valve body or shift kit. I won't be reaching 500 anytime soon also.

I was thinking of doing the shift kit with my convertor this year to, but i was talking to a friend on another diesel site, and he recomended going with the torque convertor and valve body, instead of a shift kit.

Cool thanks for the info.

Are the single disc tc's rated to slip at 500? Or will I be okay if i were to go over a little like at 510hp.
