Default Fuel filter water/fuel separator question??

So it seems as if the valve portion of my water/fuel separator is leaking a little bit of fuel, is this common? At first I thought it had only done it when I wiggle it a little bit back and forth because I guess its spring loaded? but after driving I swipe my finger over the drain hole and can definitely get my finger soaked. Are these replaceable at any auto parts stores or what?

Sometimes it is commen yes. You should be able to get the replacement at the parts store or stealership.
