Question turbo whistle

i just bought a 95 5.9 cummins. this is my first cummins ever owned and i want to know how to make my turbo whistle loud enough so people can hear it when i drive by. all answers would be appreciated thanks.

x2 ^^ bigger exhaust with no muffler. remove the silencer ring from your turbo. and cold air intake. i made my own intake with a jigsaw and a canister filter i had kicken around. the whistle outside is much louder and you can hear it inside also.

straight pipe turn the boost up for a sharper whistle and after market air cleaner
