Default Sticking P Pump Rack

Bought a 175 pump recently and it has a sticking fuel rack was wondering if u guys knew any tricks to get it freed up the pump had to have been setting for a very long time because the delivery valves smell like musty old fuel

Take the d/v's out and clean them up with some brake cleaner and let them sit in some diesel. You can take the rack plug out of the front of the pump and take a look in there to see what she looks like. Your best bet would be to take it to a shop and have it benched since you dont know how long it has been sitting or how molested it was.
