I have a 1996 dodge ram 3500 with cummins 6bt and nv4500. Only changes made are the fuel plate has been ground to a zero, afc starwheel is loosened and i put in a manual boost controller that opens at about 30 psi. I have two questions; what is the hp and torque most likely to be, and when i run it open throttle i hear what sounds like a screetch sound several times can anybody tell me what this is my i thought it might be the clutch slipping but i dont know for sure. Thanks
