TRANMISSION ISSUE

Did a service on my transmission a few days ago and now the truck has a shudder (lunges between gears) between 1st and 2nd gear. all other shifts are going smooth, wondering if anyone has a suggestion as to the cause.

what was the issue, a lot of people go through the search on these forums, so a solution to the problem is always in order
