Default Need help!!!!!

My truck has been sitting for about two month due to fifth gear striping sunday i got transmission back to gether and was driving it today it was fine at first but then it started loosing power and in fifth gear bout 70 is all it will do it starts missing and white smoking when you stand on it like its running out of fuel i has checked fuel filter and screeen on lift pump.. Any ideas i replaced the lift pump about 15k ago

well if the crud settled in tank for a month maybe it clogged the filter enough to meff you up.
don't ask how I know

I have now checked and cleaned all the filters and screen and put overflow vavle off my other truck on it still no different, what would it do if it broke a governor spring

I had a clog in the final stage in an injection pump
you could check for good pressure at the injecots
or maybe there is a dis-connect from when you had the tranny out and the system isnot going to produce enough flow?
If you start going nuts an idea is
