Default What to do know

I just had my transmission fully built I have a 97 automatic 12 valve I also have 3 inch turbo back and bhaf but that's it I'm sending my truck into the shop just haven't what to do next 4gsk gauges or other mods that are relatively cheaper on labor also I'm losing top end power when I mat it any idea wats goin on there

GSK is a must with any auto.

grind your plate to a #100 or #0 and tune your AFC if you haven't done so already !

set timing to 16-18° if you haven't done so already...

4k GSK, #60 ValveSprings... and get gauges

do the gsks its a huge diffrence imo awsome throttle response more usable power my dump is a dog comapred to my 2500 never really noticed the diffrence until i got into another stock 12v!! after winter ima throw a set in the dump for sure!! best bang for your buck!!

i hope you plan on getting #60 valvesprings with that 4k GSK... !

you dont need to do 4ks 3ks do the job but if you do 4ks you deff need 60# sprinngs! the kit i got from pac brake came with the 3k/4k and 60# springs

Yea ill do the 60lb springs do u guys think if I set my timing and add a rack plug I'll be ok without gauges for a lil or will I be running hot I don't run a plate
