just did mine to .040 over bore, decked and line bore check, and the crank .010 on rods and mains, and bored a hole to the main oil galley by #6 to bring oil to the rear as well to help it, been building them for a while now for performance this way, it's hard to notice a lot of displacement diffrence with a Diesel with how much torque they already put out,
also pretty sure you can only bore to .020 or .040, on the block, just saying,

Well i found a total rebuild kit and it and i can get it in .20 .30 or .40 and the kit comes from grumpy preformence center out of oregon. Check them out and that kit and should i stay at .30 over or call them and tell them to go .40 i dont think they have started yet

Well i call the machine shop today and told them to just go ahead and bore it out .40 over. Much easier to find thoes pistons
